Where a standard disc or belt is not enough, NCE builds basket, conical and dirt-trap forms from stainless mesh and perforated plate. The aim is a clear main form — not the same product under many names.

Basket and conical

Baskets hold coarse particles on a wide area. Conical forms tighten the flow and tend to self-clean. Opening is chosen from the mesh table.

Dirt trap and combination cylinder

Dirt-trap cylinders protect the line upstream. Combination cylinders put perforated plate and woven mesh in one body.

Custom geometry and drawings

Special filters are made to drawing / project. Perforated plate, welded mesh and fine cloth can share one assembly. Made to size and drawing.
