The gasket is the sealing element; it matters as much as the mesh for process safety. NCE ships aluminium and stainless gaskets with disc, framed and cylinder filters so gasket-filter mismatch does not occur.

Aluminium gasket

Chosen for soft seating and heat transfer. Thickness and inner/outer diameter are cut to the cavity.

Stainless rings and washers

Used in high temperature and chemical duty. Covers complete a bolt or clamp joint.

Made to drawing

Channels, pins and offset holes are machined from the drawing. Custom size applies to every gasket line.
