Stainless Welded Mesh Manufacturing

Welded mesh is a different product from woven filter cloth: wires are not interlaced, they are welded at the crossing. NCE supplies square, rectangular and special openings, as panels or rolls. Special stainless mesh-cage wires up to 3 mm are also produced.

Square and rectangular welded mesh

Welded panels are stocked in 1000×2000, 1200×2400 and 1500×2000 mm. Opening is in centimetres, wire in millimetres.

Imported galvanized rolls — 30 m

Galvanized welded rolls come in 30 m coils, 6.3–25 mm opening and 0.55–2.00 mm wire.

PVC-coated welded rolls and custom size

Imported PVC-coated welded wires are also supplied as 30 m rolls in 6.3 / 12.7 / 25 mm openings. Made to size and drawing.
